2. Data processed
Forms: name, email, phone, project, commune and message. Valuation: property type, commune, surface, land, condition, year, energy class, features and contact details where provided. Chat: messages, language and useful context. Security: IP address, date/time and rate-limiting data.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Answering requests, preparing a pre-contractual relationship, indicative valuation, callback, lead management, security and abuse prevention. Legal bases: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual requests, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for security and reasonable business management, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR where consent is required.
4. Recipients, AI and transfers
Data may be accessible to ECK Immobilière, the hosting provider (Gandi SAS, France), the email service and — for ECK Assist, lead qualification and copy generation — Anthropic PBC (Claude models, USA) as a processor. Transfers outside the EU/EEA are covered by appropriate safeguards, in particular Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable. Depending on the configured model, content sent to the API may be temporarily processed or retained by the provider for technical purposes. No decision based solely on automated processing and producing legal effects is taken (Art. 22 GDPR). Do not send sensitive data via chat.
5. Retention
Requests and leads: up to 24 months after the last contact unless a different legal obligation applies. Security and rate-limiting data: for the period necessary to prevent abuse. Necessary cookies: generally up to 12 months.
6. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability and withdrawal of consent where applicable. Contact: contact@eck-immobiliere.lu. You may lodge a complaint with CNPD Luxembourg.
