AI notice
ECK Assist is an automated artificial-intelligence tool, clearly identified when the chat opens. It offers initial guidance, structures non-sensitive property details and facilitates contact.
What the AI does not do
It does not replace an on-site visit, professional valuation or personal advice. It does not provide legal, tax or financial advice and does not decide access to a service, price, contract or what happens to a request. ECK reads every request; visitors are not ranked by AI.
Human oversight and generated text
Multilingual descriptions produced in the cockpit are internal drafts only. ECK checks facts, adapts the tone and assumes editorial responsibility before sending or publishing anything. Personal recommendations, negotiations and the determination of final values remain under human control.
EU AI Act
As at 3 August 2026, the EU AI Act applies in principle from 2 August 2026; its Article 4 on AI literacy has applied since 2 February 2025. Article 50 provides, among other things, that people must be informed when they interact directly with an AI system unless this is obvious. ECK clearly identifies the tool as AI from the first interaction. External activation remains blocked until internal training, governance and provider terms have been documented. Regulation (EU) 2024/1689.
Responsible use
Do not share sensitive data, identity documents, bank details or confidential information in the chat. Contact ECK directly for a reliable analysis tailored to your situation. Provider, transfer and retention details are in the data-protection notice. Data protection.
